you? Yeah, so I appreciate that question.

I'm really relatively new to Valley.

I've been here a little over six and a half months.

I've been in New Jersey banking for 15 years plus.

Valley has really had a strong trajectory of growth, very entrepreneurial culture.

I've seen what Ira Robbins, our CEO, has been trying to deliver and really fill a gap in banking in a company that's sizable and can scale and provide complex transactions for clients, but yet on small enough that can really deliver for clients on a personal relationship.

But at the same time, Kurt, it's fair to say that change, particularly at the rate and pace of change and uncertainty in the process, can be scary to people.
