You do look at what you do, what you can bring, because that's what what the decision maker is going to be looking at.

Like you can be really personable, like, you know, the personality higher, all the things.

And so when you're asking to go, you know, a double for a double digit increase, they're going to want to be able to justify why you're doing that.
