How has that journey shaped your perspective on leadership today?

You know, I have.

I've spent 30 years managing three private clubs and then 21 years managing associations.

And it's all been peppered with, of course, my entrepreneurial nature, of which you certainly know a lot about yourself.

So I've also developed two software products during this time.

One was the Clear Solution, which was a performance evaluation system.

And the other most recently is Club Leader 360.

But in a world full of options for connection, what is the deeper purpose of a private club? And how has that belief found its way into who you are as a leader and that culture that you've built?

And maybe they always were, but there was a bigger shift or a moment that really helped put them over the edge to become and be as open and giving and kind of with this mindset.

Yeah.

You know, I never thought about it because you just keep going through life.

And many times in life you stop and you say, why am I doing this? What's the importance of this? And then you don't know until later what the importance of that was.

But there's nothing you're doing in your path that isn't important for your future or you wouldn't be doing it.

And it's a skill you're acquiring.

It's a habit you're acquiring.
