So, could you share a little bit about how you decided on those kinds of three things that were the things that you wanted to do in your full time business?
4:50
Absolutely.
4:52
So, what I will tell you is when I first started in leadership development, I was...
4:56
At Deloitte, they love to throw you in feet first (laughs).
4:59
And so, I- I loved the idea that I had this opportunity to, to learn something that I had never really done before, which was design courses.
5:11
And from there, one of the things that I got to do during that time is during the pilots, sometimes I would get to see the, the facilitators in action and seeing them bring what we had designed together to life.
5:26
And just those two things just really interested me the most about the role that I had, but that was the least of what I got to do (laughs) because at Deloitte, you hire facilitators to facilitate, and you hire people to co-design courses with you.

I would love to know, is there maybe either a lesson, a skill or experience that maybe you had to learn the hard way, but because you learned it, it ultimately ended up being beneficial in like the bigger picture or the longer run?
