Now we're at the launch event.

What do you think of it now you've had it in your hands? I'm actually really impressed.
16:43
It's got a fantastic screen.
16:48
It's actually quite light, something I was obviously concerned about if you're using the Tate mode and switch it up the lengthy ways so to speak.
16:57
It feels comfortable, it's not too bad.
17:00
Although you're obviously using the thumbstick for control rather than the D-pad but it still feels really nice.
17:06
The thumbsticks I'm concerned about the fact that they're quite low on the device.

What else can we expect to see? Have you got any predictions of what you think they might do with that and also with the aspect of the dual thumbsticks for the Nexus and the controller they're bringing out?
9:08
I mean, we've obviously been crying out for years for the dual thumbsticks, but in reality, we didn't really need them for anything.
9:13
There wasn't really a lot of games that actually needed them.
9:17
Obviously, then we got Glover, which was the N64 game.
9:21
um but yeah we certainly need them now with it the stuff they're doing doing ideally this sort of modern style doing you certainly would benefit from the dual thumbsticks and definitely Banjo-Kazooie is another one but they've done such an amazing job on the Super Pocket that I really never noticed or never felt the need to have a thumbstick so they appear to cover all bases and make sure the games are, I mean they're still doing this compatible in all the different formats which is actually quite a heck of an achievement to do that because it would have been quite easy just to forget maybe Super Pockets or the original Evercade, for example, and just concentrate on the new Nexus.
10:01
But what could we see going forward? I think we're certainly going to see more from Rare.
10:08
I think potentially with the dual thumbsticks, you'll see some of the stuff like Perfect Dark, maybe.

So a follow-on question from that, what other kind of stuff have you got lined up not Evercade related? Because there's a lot going on and I know you've been furiously buying up retro gaming hardware.

But

I wasn't into it in a big way.
8:14
It was good to go back and play some of that stuff.
8:16
But I think if I was playing something, it would probably be on my phone and we'd just dabble with it.
8:23
So then we moved on to 2020 and I honestly didn't know what to do with our channel.
8:29
I guess a lot of people were the same.
8:30
I'm not going to be alone there.
