Sure, so a few years ago, we consulted with an organization that was going through significant financial pressures and they had to make some staffing decisions and they needed to decide, how are we gonna go through this in a good way? And so what we actually did was our advice to them was tell your people right now the situation you're in, because if they don't know, they're gonna figure it out really, really quickly.
