How is it that people therefore don't feel they know better? what's going on or feel that the help which has been promised and which you're saying you give hasn't really materialised for some of them.

I'm in conversation with a lot of the individuals.

A lot of members of my team are in conversations with a lot of the individuals.

And I think it's important to highlight here that five out of the 10 remaining tenants there are veterans with a vision impairment.

The other five are not, but we are helping all 10 of those residents in ways that we can to link them in with the right kind of people, to do things like support them in the ways that you've described about doing suitability assessments on future properties there, but also to go beyond the normal waiting list and problems that they might find by just putting themselves onto a local authority waiting list.

Is there a time limit now when people will have to leave?

So at this stage, we don't know when that time is, which we do fully understand might add to some of the confusion there.

When we communicated a year ago, we said that it would not be within that 12 month period, which has expired.
