Craig LewisGUEST
The original proposal basically said that five million dollars and there was no supporting evidence it was just simply a conjecture an assertion that this is the appropriate level so i said why don't we just do something incredibly simple let's just take 20 years worth of data and ask how many times has a company's market cap fallen below five million dollars And if you did fall below $5 million, since at that time they were thinking about immediately delisting the company, how many of those companies actually recovered and came back above the threshold? And so what I found was using sort of their $5 million threshold, And you're staying below this for 30 days.

Craig LewisGUEST
Over that time, I found 816 firms would have been delisted under the current proposed threshold.

Craig LewisGUEST
And I found that of those 816 firms, 640 of them actually recovered at least one time.

Uh, uh, is this, is this not the front-of-the-meter aspect of, of what's going on in California?

Craig LewisGUEST
So first let me just say Luminia is a tremendous company and, and, uh, um, the Clean Coalition has had really great experiences working with them.

Craig LewisGUEST
[clears throat] They've got, um, offtake agreements, you know, contractual agreements with both San Diego Community Power and with Community Energy, uh, uh, Authority, CEA.

Craig LewisGUEST
So I-I-I-I-I believe that they have over 100 megawatts of, uh, of, of battery, just strictly battery agreements, and they can tack solar on with it as well.

Craig LewisGUEST
But just from the battery capacity, they've got 100 megawatts of distributed battery capacity contracts between those two, um, between those two CCAs, uh, SDCP and, and CEA.
