And, you know, uh, um, I'm curious, could you give us a quick state of the union? Um, what has gone well this year so far, and, and what are you focused on for the rest of 2026?

Yeah.

Uh, so this year things have gone well for us.

Uh, we've opened a brand-new facility to offer urgent care services.

We actually had the ribbon cutting for that, um, about a month ago, um, so that, that's been really exciting.

Um, we're...

We started a pharmacy back in October of 2025, so we've been excited about the, the growth of that.

Um, how do you create that kind of culture, and, and what do you do in order to, uh, keep the team engaged and excited about what they're doing every single day?

But based on what you've just said, would you say that's actually an oversimplification when it comes to document review?

Absolutely.

It's an oversimplification for a very practical reason.

Document review isn't one thing.

It's a series of distinct tasks, identifying the population, legal analysis, classification, quality control, privilege review, redaction, production, and they don't all have the same risk profile or the same validation requirements.

No single tool covers all of those needs.

Different technologies excel at different tasks.

Why is Gen AI better at this than the earlier technology we've been using?

And so I'm on career number two.

My first career was information technology.

I started off doing desktop support.
