But, um, we had done very well um for you know our our trajectory was always up since we had gotten together every year was better than the next and the next um and i was successful i was successful on paper people were noticing it people were talking about it wow you guys are so busy you're doing so great And these words that were repeated to me, and still sometimes I find myself people saying it and then that not feeling congruent to what's happening on the inside for me.

There were some personal circumstances, that's a whole nother podcast.

There were some personal circumstances that sort of, I guess, you know, through the floodgates open for me to take like a very deep, hard look at my choices, my life, how I was operating as a mother, as a wife, as a daughter, as a friend, as a me.

And I found that I was extremely disconnected from myself.
