Um, you know, I found that people have a lot more buy-in if they've understood your work and can question it.

Sometimes if you present something, you get no questions, um, you know, it sometimes means people haven't understood what it is you're trying to show them.

So I think that, that's probably the first one.

And then really the second one I think for me is around just working to develop the next generation of actuaries, and in really trying to invest time and effort in people.

And, like, it doesn't have to be, you know, material investments, hours of time.

Sometimes it's, it's the small things.
