Cory FranklinGUEST
What you're going to get is you're going to get outlets like yours that will, you know, voice a reasonable counter to what's going on.

Cory FranklinGUEST
I think this endorsement is further evidence that Illinois is not just a blue state, it's a deep blue state.

What was your experience raising some of these questions or debating some of the prescribed mitigations, some of the proposed and ultimately implemented mandates during COVID with your colleagues in the medical field? It's always interesting to get people's personal perspective on what they went through as maybe they deviated from the orthodoxy that was being advocated from on high.

Cory FranklinGUEST
You know, when you talk about the mitigation and stuff like the lockdown, there's an element to that that I'm willing to give something of a pass to the medical and the political communities because of, at least in the first two years, how little we knew.

Cory FranklinGUEST
But they were clearly not interested enough, and Fauci even said this in a comment, they were clearly not interested enough early on In the economic and the social consequences of it, in the school consequences of it, they should have had experts from economics, from the education community who are outside the vested interest to talk about those things.

Cory FranklinGUEST
Were we correct in adopting the China policy? I think in retrospect, you can see that we weren't.
