What is more difficult to learn? What's the learning curve for each?

Let's see, I would say freestyle is harder to start just because juggling with your feet is not intuitive at all versus everyone's caught a ball before.

So you can make a lot more quick progress with juggling.

In terms of tricks, I think they're very similar difficulty.

But the thing for me is freestyle, you're more likely to pull a muscle, you're more likely to hurt yourself and you're going to get really tired because you're jumping around versus juggling.

It's just your arms.

So a lot of times I just want to juggle because I don't want to have to do all the warmup and stuff.
