So obviously to, to get to where you're at- ... uh, with, with having multiple businesses and multiple employees, what skill set do you think is something that is, that is transferrable to the listeners right now? One thing that maybe that you had to incorporate to help, you know, be the leader that you've become with, with having multiple employees and businesses.

Well, you know, a lot of people focus on their assignment.

Like when you think about a lot of people, they're like, "Man, I want my next...

What's my purpose for life?" But what I've discovered through, through, through living, um, an aligned life is that for the last six and a half, almost seven years, is that the who's who in your life matters.

So your alignment is bigger than the assignment.

So for me it's like who am I aligned with? And that's the biggest thing.

So when it comes to like multiple businesses and even like with our chiropractic business, we grew a, a office to 750 visits a week and I said, "Man, this is easy.
