Twenty years ago, we, we just had the first sound and strong legal standard established by Council of Europe in asset recovery, which is the Warsaw Con-Convention, which provides the rules on how judicial authorities are interacting for the purposes of tracing, seizing, and recovering criminal assets.

We also had the inception phase of asset management offices there because we had an article that was talking about how to preserve the value of seized assets without any guidance.
13:47
We also had brief mentionings of what happens if a case finishes successfully with a conviction and with a confiscation, the issue of asset sharing.

So only twenty years ago, we had the inception of what asset recovery is now known as, uh, as a business, as a topic for all, all of us.
