OK, I will I will try to keep it succinct because I can talk about it's been something I've worked on for years.

And it's it started with a fundamental question.

Kind of what we're talking about is I I believe and I said it earlier was that everybody that comes into this job as a general rule wants to be good at this job.

I really do.

Right.

So there are everybody understands the fire triangle.

And I don't want to like, it would be irresponsible to release a fire service podcast and not acknowledge the heaviness of the week.

Yeah.

Whatever.

Uh, but the, um, To my point, I was making notes as we talked.

I don't want to regurgitate the same thing that Stephanie and Nick said.

I think 90% of the time we're on the same page.

But two things I wanted to bring up, which was Nick's point, we cannot rely on it to create our culture because it does not create, which Stephanie alluded to in the counterpoint.

It does not create.

Where has it really improved in your life, and maybe where do you see it in the future improving your workflow?
