It's just so undervalued.

No one wants to stop really and put together a thorough plan.

But I don't know why we're hesitant to do that because the alternative, you know, the old adage, failure to plan is planning to fail.

And the most valuable thing is really taking a moment to plan all the necessary aspects, not just planning your product or planning your service or planning how you're going to find your customer.
