My colleague in the Northwest is another one in the Stanford Persistent Pain Self-Management Program and the chronic disease self-management program which we in Tassie call the get the most out of life program so we run those six-week self-management programs through the whole of the state and we have a whole heap of leaders that we train to run those programs including volunteer leaders who are people that have been past participants and so they have lived experience of pain or the chronic condition and they make fantastic leaders so that's a really rewarding part of my job in Late 2013, I helped start the Live Well, Live Long program that ran at Clarence Integrated Care Centre.
