Would love to hear a little update on the asset side of things in the Waypoint Fund.

Yeah, kicked off several months ago and things have been going really well.

Bought eight deals so far with two that are pending close.

So pending close means we've won those deals.

We're just trying to paper everything up and get some deal mechanics taken care of there.

But across the eight deals alone, we have exposure to 35 different wells.

which is really part of the goal, right? Is to create, to diversify the portfolio with exposure to a lot of different wells.

So Corey, do you want to talk a little bit about how that works? And I mean, we're constantly evaluating that target to make sure that we're on track for it, but it's very difficult to forecast.
