Well, it's really become atrocious.

And the DMCA ultimately is a great piece of legislation because ultimately it really led to the expansion of the Internet and user-submitted content.

Now, I know a lot of copyright holders don't agree with that, and that's okay.

It's actually certainly something that's long been up for debate.

But ultimately, the DMCA process has been utilized by millions of copyright holders worldwide to protect millions upon millions of copyrighted protected content.

The problem is, is that there's a lot of kind of bad eggs that have now popped up and are actually abusing the DMCA process for multiple reasons.

Who's the bigger threat to the industry right now? Governments or Visa and MasterCard? And why?
