Maybe can you talk a little bit about how this works at the Bears? And then also, how are you dealing with the fear associated with it?

Yeah, so we've built our own tools internally as opposed to maybe sourcing some of the larger, you know, Gemini's, Claude's, Anthropix, etc.

And we've been doing slow and steady rollouts.

So I think Mark and Thong are both right.

We've seen the instances of just being employees fear being left behind, certainly, or being replaced.

And I think that both of them are valid.

So we've taken the approach of meeting with department heads or leaders just one-on-one and showing them this is what it can do.
