Welcome to Born to be a Sports Agent where I deliver legal and contract insight for sports professionals navigating hiring, firing, injury, and representation.

So today's interview is brought to you by PMR Sports Law Firm, a firm built on excellence, justice, and integrity, representing athletes, coaches, and the people who make sports possible across soccer, basketball, and rodeo.

Because no matter the sport, no matter the arena, we're in your corner.

Today, we'll be sitting down with a special guest to explore the need and scope of agents and legal representation in sport, covering things like recruiting and IL, and the role agents play in athletes' careers.

My name is Corey Rockhold, and my focus is on rodeo, one of today's oldest and most storied traditions and one of the most underrepresented sports in the legal world.

I'll be talking about the needs for agents and legal representation for people and animals who make rodeo what it is.

I have with me here today the associate head coach and special teams coordinator of the Fresno State Bulldogs, Mr. John Baxter.
