So um how are you communicating to those young doctors you know that you're putting into these clinics how are you communicating what you learned and that they need to not be entitled um how are you dealing with that because i mean that's a real thing um in this this day and age right this these generations

yeah so you know we have an entire onboarding process now that's pretty pretty amazing actually um you know obviously 21 years in practice, 24 clinics, and just hundreds of docs that have been in our clinics.

We've kind of built this over the years.

And so when we bring on one of these new docs, there's a 90-day onboarding process online.

And so every single step of everything they have to do, there's scripts and videos and tests.

And with those, obviously, well, not obviously, but with those, they also get usually another doctor in that practice also going through with them, but they also get a mentor that I assign them.

Someone who's been with me for a long time that helps take them through that.
