Well, looking back, was there a moment when you realized that the Internet wasn't just another technology trend, but something that would fundamentally change business?

Yeah, I remember.

So I used to get all these trade publications because I was our director for a catalog company.

So I would get direct response trade, you know, newspapers and magazines and they would pile up and I'd take all these train trips up to New York and I'd read them.

And I saw this little tiny ad for a company called ViaWeb, which was started by Paul Graham.

It was like easy e-commerce or something like that.

Like, you know, build your store in an hour or three hours or whatever.

Well, now for the fun question, what is the funniest or most unexpected thing that AI has ever helped you create?

Yeah

... a lot of us have a guy or a gal, right? That like our unit went overseas.

We were lucky not to lose anybody overseas.

We had people get hurt, you know, plenty of IEDs and things like that.

Um, so that was something we kind of took pride in.

But since, that's 2008 we came back, and since 2008, we've lost like 15, 16, 17 people to suicide, you know.

And the first several of them, I mean, I know, I mean, it w- we're talking about a cavalry troop, right? So you know everybody in it.

Yeah.

Okay.

So tell us what's going on in the city parks.

So we back outside, man.

It's an outdoor summer camp.

You come as you are.

You do sign up.

We have staff at seven locations providing activities, rec activities for the community kids just to come up and play.

How do you guys make sure that you've got what it takes to take them off the back end should it get tight again?

Yeah, I thought in that game, that was really good growth for us.

I think if that happened last year, you know, Woodward won it, Woodward being so calm.

I thought in the, you know, we didn't quite nail that kickoff in the end of that game, but we stayed really composed and scrummed really well and really defended.

And they probably didn't really, they were waiting for us to give away a penalty, but the boys were really disciplined.

So, you know, all of that's going to happen again.

There's no easy games in this competition.

What do you do when a team has a good win or a bad loss or a narrow loss? Does the direction of the coaching staff have to change? How do you keep everyone on the level as a coach in this environment?

We've got a couple of 50-22s in our pre-season, but it was probably more from the old one than the new one.

But in saying that, Moana Pacifica did a really good one against us, but I don't think it was technically trying to do it.

It was just how it happened.

Do you feel that Cam Miller's sort of primed to have that kind of season for you?
