Another important part of our work is our crisis program, which provides 24/7 availability for our advocates to attend to Interlake Eastern emergency rooms or RCMP detachments when survivors are reporting their experiences of sexual assault, to help them navigate that process and advocate for them with the systems that they're facing during those difficult conversations, as well as provide follow-up care.
