bit.But I do think the biggest misconception with values is confusing them with virtues.

Yeah.

A- and we have reflective exercises, but the values bridge is such a strong tool, 'cause essentially there are 16 values, and we all have them, but they are rank ordered in order of what matters to you, and then there's a deeper understanding of how you're living your value, whether you're over-expressing it or you're under-expressing it, that really kind of grounds you.

We spend a lot of work unpacking those and helping people understand those, because once you have that language ...

And again, I didn't have that language for, until ...

I, I would've been the one listing honesty [laughs] and courage and, and, and now my number one value is scope, and, and gosh does that ever speak to my entire life.

[laughs] Scope is about how big of a life do you want, and you're willing to give up, you know, routine and kind of comfort around order to jump into things, and co- you constantly wanna learn new things and experience new things and say yes to, to things that maybe you're not quite sure what it's gonna look like, but that's exciting and, and that really describes me.
