Uh, what was the most surprising thing you've heard today?

Well, we did, actually did a, um, a spinoff report where we, uh, presented where the Netherlands is in, in terms of, uh, academic, scientific spin-outs.

And, uh, and it was really good to see the whole community coming together and saying, "We have to do a better job." And then we presented, um, a new set of, uh, deal terms for, um, also for kind of the, um, uh, IP, IP, uh, contract.

And, um, that was, uh, we basically benchm- uh, we or I'd say actually the people who did it, it was a law firm and, and a number of founders, um, benchmarked against the best in Europe and, uh, ETH in, in Oxford, Cambridge, et cetera, to develop a set of deal terms that would, uh, really also set the Netherlands apart.

And, uh, and then the nice thing to see was that everybody there from universities, investors, um, the tech transfer offices, uh, were all really, uh, supportive.

And a few years ago this was still very difficult to discuss, and now people really see that, um, um, spinning out companies is a real core, uh, duty of universities and is no longer like a nice to have.

And they want to optimize that process.

Uh, what are you most looking forward to?
