So, so, so first, let, let me go back to what I referenced a little bit earlier about the behaviors.

So, you know, I've, I've been talking and interviewing a lot of the high-performing leaders, um, i- in the last couple of months, and there are two behaviors that really stick out.

They're really obvious, and they are, so far, having spoken to I think I'm just up to about 70 companies now, um, they are in... present in- 100% of cases.
