Whereas Connie actually had a leadership development and... process and that's what she kind of pulls on and it's pretty cool because that's where we can go what works for you what doesn't work for me and what doesn't work for leaders coming in right so our goal is never to leave a leader out there out in the open exposed without having had at least some conversation beforehand and i'll let connie speak to what she sets up so go for it connie

So I have a very strong foundation from the military with leadership.

The military does a great job at giving you a structured approach and growing leaders.

You know, you get regular feedback, you get mentorship.

And then as you progress into higher responsibilities and higher roles, you go to formal training.

Usually they're about 30 days long.

If it's at the highest level, it's a year-long training.

And I imagine having that structure and both some good experiences and some bad ones has helped in kind of today's role in figuring out for a region, how do we help leaders succeed? So how much of that have you brought into development programs to help onboard leaders at your health network across the IDN to help them be successful in their first year?
