What should brokers be doing now, do you think, to stay relevant over the coming decades?

Build relationships.

The real value of a broker when you speak to a broker who knows his game is they know their customers.

Most of their customers don't understand risk, don't understand the availability of insurance, what covers are available, what can they protect, what can't they protect, what should they be protecting.

Brokers, that's what they do.

They understand the risk of their customers.

I think they need to double down and do even more of that.
