Where do you see title going? Like as a rep with AI, where do you see that going in the next five years? How do you see it affecting your business and what you guys offer your partners?

A lot of it's like research and recon.

We've been using iterations of AI for the last 15 years on reviewing preliminary title reports and then the human audit and things of that nature.

And we're going to keep leveraging AI to increase the human interaction with it.

I mean, even like one of our apps we have where agents can put information in and Get AI responses and do that.

But there's so many now I go like, just pick your favorite one and go.

Cause there's so many shiny ones and they are all so similar now.
