What are the, what are the spectrums of it in your world?

Yeah, it's, you know, you have everything from what we call, you know, in our office, big bombers, which is what you see on the side of the highway, the massive distribution centers, the East Group, so the world product that, you know, anywhere from 100, 150, 400 million square feet, whatever the case, massive, you know, tilt wall projects, meaning, you know, concrete construction, the whole nine.

And then you have what you're talking about and what, The arena that you and I both play in with regard to industrial is the class – what I was mentioning earlier was class A.

We operate in the class B and class C space.

And when we first got in the business, there was a massive rift.

There was this space that – No brokers were calling on freestanding buildings with – that were class B and class C.

They weren't the sexiest on the street, but they were functional.

I'm like, no way.
