Can you speak to how that collaboration has been accomplished?

Definitely.

And it's certainly one of the most exciting things that we're doing.

We call it the Affordable Housing Strike Force, or we call the central version of it the Affordable Housing Strike Force, where we realize that there are things that the city can do that our housing authority can't do.

There are things our housing authority can do that our land bank can't do.

There are things our land bank authority can do that our transit authority can't do.

And we realize we probably need everyone to be in the same room talking about what we want to do and how we can help each other do it.

Tell me about the concrete progress you've made, some of the accomplishments you're most proud of.
