Yeah.

Let's talk about rates because, uh, rates, uh, are really important and can be tweaked very easily to increase the profitability of a firm.

And, uh, we talk about effective rates is, is the one that, uh, is most important.

And so if you look at what you bill compared to your-- the hours that you bill, you come up with this calculation of what the effective rate is.

And, and so firms can calculate effective rates for you as a timekeeper, or they can do it, uh, for a client.

Uh, they can do it for the firm.

So that's rates, right?
