Mm.
10:10
So I would say, yeah, focusing on those things.
10:14
I always think about as well, like I try to have empathy for people.
10:17
I think about, you know, real people and their real problems and what they're going through and, and if I get to help them.
10:25
It's like even when I speak, whenever I'm speaking, I'm always trying to think about, like, a real person.
10:30
Like, I think about, like, Lindsay.
10:32
She's a single mom, lives in Buffalo, young son, has disabilities, and she's growing her online business, and it's like before she worked with me, she was so scattered in how she was selling and struggling, and now she's doing like $40,000 a month doing one presentation a week, and her-
13:06
Mm.
11:30
Colin, give me some tips and tricks that I can use tomorrow.
11:34
I mean, there's two sides.
11:35
There's the mindset and then there's the skill set.
11:37
The mindset needs to be that you're just having a conversation with people.
11:43
And if you know how to have a conversation, then you'll be fine.
11:46
So rather than seeing it as a performance, you're seeing it as just a conversation that you're having with one person, but there just seems to be more people there.
11:54
It brings up fear, even for me, like it brings up fear, especially as I step on a bigger stage and start speaking to bigger audiences.

19:57
Are the skills that you teach transferable when it comes to even talking one-on-one?
9:29
So it can be a little bit scary, but if you understand that this is your body feeling safe to release, and this is actually normal, and usually that comes in the form of support, then you can actually make progress.
9:40
So you've got, it's obviously a combination of your technical training as a doctor, your, you know, physiological training, working with people's bodies, and then your intuitive lessons and spiritual world as well.
9:57
Like you've got this ability to combine all three things together.
10:00
It's very unique.
10:01
And I know that, you know, people fly from all over the world to spend some time with you and your horses and just have breakthrough experiences.
10:12
Can you give us some examples? Like let's say there's listeners out there and go, could you take me through like one or three, one to three typical things that maybe you've seen in clients that might relate? Because I know even before we jumped on the podcast, you were telling me about my right shoulder, which I'm happy to talk about.
10:31
And most everyone here knows I broke my right shoulder surfing.

28:13
Yeah.
12:35
yeah and I think just to reiterate what I said at the start of the show like your method really works and I think that's something that is really beautiful just to hear that not only have you designed a system that works for you but it works for other people as well what is the difference between a presentation that's good and a presentation that's great
13:01
Hmm.
13:02
I think one thing is, is the, there's two, there's two parts.
13:07
There's the presentation, which is the content, and then there's the delivery of the presentation, right? And so if we look at just the presentation itself, the quality of the ideas, I think define the presentation.
13:20
Like, for example, you think about like Simon Sinek and starting with why and his presentation on just that concept.
13:28
It's such a powerful concept that...
13:32
even though it didn't have any really tactical implementation to it.

Now, what do you think is the, like, where are we ranking content and the importance of having an excellent presentation?
