But a couple of years ago, a chance encounter led her to think about expanding her service.

[gentle music] I was above doing my shopping in our local shop, [laughs] and a man came up to me and said, "Well, Colette, how's it going?" I said, "How's it going?" And he said, "By any chance are you gonna start up men's yoga class?" And he's a local farmer himself, and I said, "Well, yeah, okay.

I will do it," I said, "if you'd be interested and you think other people would be interested." And, uh, he said, "Yeah, definitely." So I put it together, and 12 guys turned up.

That was three years ago, and it has been ongoing since.

It's got nothing to do with the poses or the strength or conditioning or powerful, because I would teach that in all of my classes right across the board.
