I've had people that look me

in the face and be like, you need to be direct with me.

You need to tell me yes or no.

I guess you would say they're yielding to that level of, hey, I trust your judgment as a counsel.

And then even then, I'd encourage somebody to go get more than one.

There should be more than one just wise, more than one advisor in your life.

And I think it's the multitude of that advice that makes a sound decision for a person.

I need to see this.

I'm going to be on y'all's side because y'all be saying these stories are

fake.

And we're not privy.

We don't judge.

We hope the best in people.

We don't want none of these sinners on this podcast.

And I found that the craziest stories are actually usually the ones that are confirmed true.

Hey, so one of the things that we do to really curate a good time is we like to play harmless pranks.

First I would start here, are you walking and living in your purpose? Like, as a, as a person.

Maybe, and I'm not talking about final destination, I'm just like, are you actively right now putting your hand to what Jesus has called you to do in this season of your life with 100%? And, uh, will whatever, will one of those people pull you away from that? Or will they push you towards that? And I would say if one of them's like, you know, let's say you're in ministry and one of them's like, you know, I...

And you're like leading the group and you're like, "I really love this and I plan on doing this forever." And he's like, "I feel called to Tanzania."

DM him for the handbook [laughs].

Yeah, but, um, in terms of students, uh, we have in this house rules, and here's what I mean, is we treat our church and every function with it, groups, services, as a house, as a family.

And we just tell the students, "You know, I don't know what you do in your home.

when we were, when we were pre- when I was preaching and, uh, I'm telling this story, and a part of the sermon is this story from Ezekiel 37 with the valley of dry bones.

And the whole first point set up is like, "What in your life is very dry, like it's been dead for a long time?" And, uh, I asked them the question.

15 years to it.

I would- I mean, they're still, like, they're still somewhere in their 40s.

We had some amazing students come through and share what Jesus had done in their life.

One of the students got the microphone.

We thought that he was mature enough.He passed all of our pre-qualifiers to be a part of the testimony

And I wanted to let you know, we took the microphone immediately, we have addressed our pre-testimony process, and we let the entire congregation know that we do not agree with anything but a monogamous relationship with your wife.

The craziest stories.
