Col PearseGUEST
So when swimming, obviously a lot of the power I generate is from my arms, from my shoulders.

So when growing up swimming, when racing, it would be the event I was actually beating able-bod kids in, and I was like, "God, goddammit, this is probably the stroke I'm gonna have to really excel in." But as I went through the sport, you know, you, I was sort of training all the strokes, like butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle.

Col PearseGUEST
Um, and obviously I still do the individual medley, which is all four of the strokes in one race.
