And so it was very quickly implemented into our CNC shop, um, and changed rapidly what they knew that they were gonna be working on, how we scheduled, um, kind of their jobs.

We had paper travelers that they would come in and, you know, the engineer was very heavily into, "This is what you're gonna be, you know, working on today," and [clears throat] there's kind of the whole process to it, versus now being able to develop, uh, the process within ProShop, coming up with the operations and kind of sending out to the shop manager to better, um, kind of schedule each machine.

Mm-hmm.

We can't go and ask Jim, you know, at the next machine over, "How'd you do this one the last time?" We've-- we have to put in a lot of our effort into startup training, how we're training our guys for the first six months that they're here.

Um, not just on a part level, but as general, this, this is the process of, um, what information needs to go through the system.
