How do you go about finding people to, to learn from, uh, and, and really getting those, those teachers in your life?

Yeah.

Well, you know, when I started in health and safety, like I said over, over 17 years ago, you know, organizations didn't have multiple safety professionals l- like some of them do now, right? There was, like, this one guy or, or gal that came in, and they were the safety officer of the company, let's call it.

So I, when I s- first started in safety, I, I kind of learned on my own, just reading and research and checking things out and reading legislation and, you know, taking courses.

Um, it's evolved a lot from there, and, and the way it evolves is, is as a safety professional, if I give advice to somebody about, like, how to seek mentors, is get involved in the safety community, right? There's lots of committees.

There's lots of organizations.

There's lots of little conferences you can go to.

I guess for psychological safety, what have you found kind of being the most effective ways to kind of start to build that in a, in a culture?
