So, Clive, let's go back maybe 30-ish years for a moment, and maybe you can tell the listeners a little of your story of how you went from being a family doctor in Houston, Texas, working with your dad, which I always love that story, and then what you've done beyond the practice to become a national figure in health reform?

So I went into practice in 1991, joined a small practice called Village Family Practice that my father had founded in 1975.

And it probably wasn't that long after that that I first met you, Gary.

We became very early involved in what I like to call outcome-based reimbursement.
