There's absolutely no doubt about it.

They're completely untethered from reality.

And that's true of the campaign organizations that hover around the FDA and the Congress.

It's also true of the FDA itself.

I mean, they're making regulatory determinations as if the illicit market for vapes doesn't exist.

Yet at least 80% of the vapes that are sold in the United States are not authorized products.

What's that all about?
