What is generative AI? You know, chatbots, prompting agents, and how does that differ from agentic AI?

Right.

So maybe the way to think about it is sort of, as with all things, there's an evolution in this space.

I think one of the first sort of aha moments in AI It's probably started with machine learning.

That's really the basis of this technology that we kind of talking about so globally today.

And it evolved probably into what we think about as artificial intelligence.

And I suppose one of the biggest aha moments for, at least for the general public, was the advent of the chatbot, chat GPT, Gemini-style interface where all of a sudden you had a prompt and you could ask it almost anything and it would give you an answer.

But there's also another argument that it might make that skills divide even greater and making it harder for unemployed and unskilled South Africans to enter the market.
