Could you maybe reflect on one of those experiences where you felt like your leadership was most tested? And what did that experience change about how you lead?
5:47
So maybe because I've been in big tech from the beginning, a lot of my journey has been in a fast-moving environment.
5:57
And being in a fast-moving environment, especially as a leader, then you look at this and you also have to pivot quite fast when things are changing.
6:07
Um, technology around us is changing quite fast and, um, and sometimes, you know, we.
6:14
Like we're, we're moving at a pace and then others aren't catching up to that, or, you know, in a way we see this with partners, but we also have that with my own team where sometimes you, um, I can see the path really clearly.
6:30
to where I would like to go.
6:32
I can see exactly where I think the organization wants to go and then I'm like, okay, I'm gonna move into that direction.

14:05
And Clem, more than a couple of decades of big tech experiences, what is it that you're still unlearning yourself?
5:03
In your leadership role, can you share a moment with us where you actively drove positive change, whether it was transforming culture or advancing innovation or championing inclusivity and what you learned from that experience?
5:19
Yeah, well, I guess I wouldn't say that there's a specific moment.
5:23
I think there's many, many micro moments that keep shaping my path in leadership.
5:29
One of the most exciting things that I think about is how, you know, we have an opportunity as leaders to really rethink what leadership actually is and what it looks like.
5:41
And I think when you think about the more traditional view on leadership, tenure is the biggest driver of leadership.
5:49
Lots of experience and, oh, that's a real leader, this and that.
5:53
And I think actually bringing it back to the context of AI, This is actually a period in time when people that are just starting out in their career can become really strong leaders early on because they are the early adapters.
9:50
So Are there some intentional practices or habits that you use to empower and energize your team or maybe even other young leaders like in these dinners like this or these get togethers, especially now since we're experiencing such rapid change?
