Maybe not to the peak again, but we're looking pretty

good.

I don't think we'll ever see the peak ag economy in Kern County or Tulare County, state of California, as we did like that peak 2020.

10 to 2016, right? Like the big almond boom era and stuff like that.

But I do think with all of the regulations and politics that have come down in the state in the last, let's say five years, I think people are realizing, hey, this stuff's here to stay.

We have done a bad job in ag of just kind of burying our head in the sand and going, we'll worry about it later.
