Could you describe what exactly that case is about and how that's leading to an increase in, um, power costs?

Yeah.

So the litigation itself is 25 years old.

It's actually longer than I've been working on these issues really, or almost the same age, and it has to do whether we're doing enough to protect Endangered Species Act, ESA-listed fish species in the Columbia and Snake Rivers.

And just to be totally clear, and I share this here and we share it on podcasts around or in our conversations around the Northwest, we're on podcasts, is that dams do have an impact.

Like any other energy source, they have an impact on the landscape, they've had an impact on salmon and steelhead, but we think that we're making progress in that work.

So hundreds of millions of dollars are spent by utility customers around the Northwest to mitigate the impacts on the hydropower system.
