So could you just walk us through the trajectory and also explain a bit the key decisions and the turning points in your career?

Yes.

So I started off after Bruges.

I went to the European Court of Justice, the general court, or then the CFI.

I was with an Irish judge, Judge Cook.

So I did a stage as a sort of referendaire.

and at that point I already knew that I was going to go to bar school I had decided okay the bar um and why because I liked arguing legal argument but really in all its forms sort of written and oral and I really like this idea of sort of you know legal storytelling debating if you like and and um And this need to be able to zoom in and out of like legal matters and explain them in a kind of interesting and hopefully coherent and accessible way.

And I'm sure our listeners would be very interested to learn any war stories from those cases.
