That's the going hypothesis as to why test scores are going in the wrong direction all over the world.

And that's exactly why we've updated policy on responsible use of digital technology.

We want to be managing those distractions, which is why we are getting students to put their cell phones away from the first bell in the morning until the last bell in the afternoon so that they can be focused on their learning.
