How is that going down with the shipping community? Are you hearing anything from ship owners, how they feel about that?

Well, I think, first of all, to sort of talk about what Iran has said it's going to do.

So it's the Persian Gulf Strait Authority, and they've said that they sort of are in charge, be it for a better word, of the Strait of Hormuz.

And so after the MOU was signed, the PGSA actually came out and they said that ships must submit transit requests during the 60-day period.

There have been discussions that there are going to be tolls placed, be it in the form of maybe an insurance fee or a safety and environmental fee.

We don't really know yet what that will be.

What we heard that under the MOU agreement was that transit through the Straits of Hormuz for 60 days will be toll free.
