amazing so the next thing I want to ask is just so our listeners can get to know a little bit more about you what was your journey into becoming a therapist like what drew you to that path

Clara BrooksGUEST
yeah I was yeah thinking about this there's there's kind of a long story and a short story I think for me you know getting into becoming a therapist.

Clara BrooksGUEST
And I think anyone else who is a therapist will probably understand this because it feels like something that is kind of truly a part of you in a way.

Clara BrooksGUEST
And I think kind of growing up, I was always very sensitive, kind of labelled as maybe quite like an emotional child.

Clara BrooksGUEST
in a way of kind of my, I guess, you might describe it as kind of an emotional intelligence, my empathy, my compassion, my willingness to kind of want to be there for other people in kind of those supportive roles, whether that be kind of in friendship or work or, you know, family relationships, kind of I really want to give that part of myself.

work that you can do there so I know that that's probably such a big question but if someone was you know immediately struggling someone listening to this right now was like I'm feeling so burnt out what kind of actionable and immediate advice would you give to them
